How do I know which service is the right starting point?
For most organisations, the Digital Readiness Review is the natural first step — it surfaces where the real friction is before committing to a larger planning exercise. If you already have a clear direction but need help sequencing it, the Transformation Roadmap is usually the better fit. If you're mid-programme and need steady support, the Advisory Retainer is designed for exactly that.
Do we need to have a digital strategy in place before working with you?
No. Many clients come to us before they have a clear direction — that's often precisely why the readiness review is useful. We work with organisations at various stages, from those just beginning to consider digital improvements to those already partway through a programme.
How long does an engagement typically run?
The Digital Readiness Review runs two to three weeks. The Transformation Roadmap takes four to six weeks depending on organisational complexity. The Advisory Retainer is typically three to six months, reviewed at each milestone. All timelines are discussed and agreed before the engagement begins.
What does the pricing include?
Pricing covers all advisory hours, deliverables and scheduled sessions within the defined scope. The Digital Readiness Review is RM 650 and includes a readiness summary, opportunity map and a discussion session. The Transformation Roadmap is RM 3,200, inclusive of workshop facilitation. The Advisory Retainer is RM 4,700 and covers scheduled reviews and working notes across the retainer period.
Will this require significant time from our internal team?
We try to keep the demands on your team proportionate. For the readiness review, we'll need access to a small number of people who use your current tools day to day — typically a few focused conversations. For the roadmap, a leadership workshop is included. We design each engagement to draw on your team's knowledge without becoming a project in itself.
How is confidential business information handled?
We treat all information shared during an engagement with care. A straightforward confidentiality agreement is part of each engagement contract. Information shared with us is used solely to inform the advisory work and is not passed to third parties.
